AlphaME Quality Control Experts are stationed every plant where we procure material for supply to our customers. These plants are selected after being subjected to a rigorous approval procedure laid down by the Resource Development Department of the AlphaME headquarter in Dubai.

Therefore AlphaME is planning to implement ACE program, whereby the products of the approved plants are individually assured for quality, quantity, grading and packing. Each carton or bag would be then stamped with the ACE (Alpha Certification) certification symbol. Every unit bearing this symbol will be an indication to the buyer and the user it has been checked by qualified AlphaME seafood professionals and has been found satisfactory for supply. It is also exactly in concurrence with the specifications laid down by the buyer in his order. The Ace stamp would also indicate that AlphaME takes full responsibility of the product from the order is confirmed till the time it is received and accepted by the customer.

The Ace programme is also relevant and useful for suppliers. All plants which have the AlphaME approval and this stamp on their products can use this as a marketing tool and as a means of publicizing the quality of their operations and products and products. It will also be a measure of processor’s capabilities in comparison with his competitors.

This Quality Assurance programme thus serve as a useful tool for both buyers and suppliers to determine the quality of the product, thereby giving them lead time opportunity.
